1. Operator and acceptance

Rapid Yatra is operated by MINT MIND TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 36AAVCM1233H1ZB. By requesting or purchasing a tourism package, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Package Delivery Policy and the disclosed terms of the selected tourism supplier.

2. Our tourism package services

We provide online tourism and holiday package search, quotation and booking assistance. Packages may include hotel stays, activities, local transfers and guide support as stated in the quotation. Services are fulfilled by independent hotels, activity providers, transfer partners and other tourism suppliers. Their availability, identity requirements and conditions apply.

3. Quotes and pricing

Package inventory and pricing can change until a booking is confirmed. Before payment, we disclose the selected package, key inclusions/exclusions, supplier charges, applicable taxes, our service charge (if any) and total payable amount. A quote is not a confirmed reservation unless expressly stated.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide complete traveller names and details exactly as required by the supplier and identity document.
• Review destination, dates, stays, activities, transfers, inclusions and package rules before confirmation.
• Ensure required passports, visas, permits, identity documents and health requirements are valid where applicable.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or speculative bookings.

5. Payment and confirmation

Payment may be processed by an authorised payment gateway. A successful payment acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee supplier confirmation. A package is confirmed when a valid voucher, booking reference or written confirmation is issued. If payment succeeds but no booking is created, we will verify and process the eligible reversal/refund.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Supplier and package rules determine whether a booking is changeable, cancellable or refundable. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the process, deductions and timelines. No refund is promised for non-refundable packages, no-shows, invalid traveller details or unused services except where law or supplier rules require otherwise.

7. Schedule changes and force majeure

Suppliers may change or cancel package components because of operational, weather, safety, regulatory or other circumstances. We will provide reasonable assistance with supplier-offered alternatives or refunds, but are not the operator of every included service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted holidays.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rapid Yatra is responsible for providing its package-booking assistance with reasonable care. Independent suppliers remain responsible for delivering their hotel, activity, transfer and related tourism services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual property and website use

Rapid Yatra branding, website design and original content are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may use the site only for legitimate personal or business tourism package enquiries and may not disrupt, copy, scrape or misuse it.

10. Governing law

Indian law governs these Terms. Please first raise a grievance with us. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
